The FPCS12D-2014 Diesel Fire Pump Control panel is manufactured to comply with AS2941 and is supplied with 2 starting solenoids rated at 100A continuous (600A for 30 seconds).
The panel is standard with:
Circuit breakers for each battery and engine instruments
Complies to AS 2941-2013
Terminals to connect 240V 16A Jacket Heater
Smart Battery charger for each battery
Engine starting solenoids for manual & starting battery
Engine instruments are located on panel front door
Inca FPCS2014 OPLC located on panel facia to control starting cycle, alarm outputs & battery voltage monitoring. Also Displaying engine run soeed, battery voltages, engine hours run.
The screen displays Battery voltages low/Battery chargers fail/Pump ready to start/Engine fail to start/Alarm silenced/Engine over speed shutdown.
Easy system setup using HMI touch screen menu
Local engine stop push button with terminals for remote engine stop
Audible alarm & mute for engine run & common fault
Voltage free contacts for FIB for Engine run/Common fault/Power fail
Engine overspeed shutdown protection with manual reset including test facility.
Loose supply of oil pressure sender & Switch, oil or water temperature sender and water temperature switch (optional)
All housed in a 700mmH x 500mmW x 250mmD metal enclosure painted in signal red.
